Ken Humphries
Ken has been involved with treasury outsourcing since the inception
of the idea in South Africa. This experience spans some twelve years and
includes lecturing at the Wits Business School, the Johannesburg Chamber
of Business, the Durban Chamber of Business, The Institute of Corporate
Treasures and the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has also presented
in-house courses for some of the major public companies.
His major contribution to the company has been the development of software
systems for managing foreign currency transactions. This includes the
provision of Forex ToolKit hosted by Inet Bridge on their web site. The
software development is expanding through Exchange Concepts that is dedicated
to developing systems that manage treasury functions in companies via
the Internet.
Ken's recreational kicks come from time spent
with his wife Rouvierre, his two adult children, flying aircraft, sailing,
photography and walking through the African bush.

There
are two directors and shareholders in the company:
Rouvierre Humphries
Rouvierre has been involved in various aspects
of computer development since 1976. She started as a programmer, became an
analyst, later an information engineer doing information strategies for
companies. Her last position before joining VFP Exchange was as a SAP
consultant. Her experience has been mainly in
the financial industries sector where she has contracted to most of the
major banks and insurance companies and other corporate clients.
Her strengths are in her ability to quickly grasp business concepts and
translate these into computer specifications. She heads-up Exchange Concepts
that is dedicated to the development of systems for the Internet that
manage treasury functions in companies.
Rouvierre's outside interests fall mainly in the humanities where she
is involved in Education Alive - a grass roots education body; Crimanon
a criminal rehabilitation program, Narcanon a drug rehab
program, and CCHR The Citizen's Commission on Human Rights.
She plays squash to keep fit, and to keep sane, she likes walks through
the African bush at every opportunity with husband Ken.
